Please read this document carefully as it contains the terms and conditions that you agree to be bound by if you continue to use Claude & Celeste Ltd. The below terms and conditions apply to your use of this Claude & Celeste Ltd and to any purchases you make through Claude & Celeste.

Eligibility to order criteria:

You may only purchase products:
- Available for sale and details of which appear on Claude & Celeste Ltd online shop.
- For personal use, either by yourself or by your intended recipient(s) of the products. Claude & Celeste Ltd reserves the right to decline any order that it has reasonable cause to believe is for onward sale other than through distribution channels approved by Claude & Celeste Ltd. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a customer’s involvement in a sale from this website if this person, in our reasonable opinion, acts against these Terms and Conditions, including non-payment of ordered products and fraudulent use of our website and/or sales. We reserve the right to bar certain e-mail addresses and telephone numbers from accessing our website to place orders. We will not accept any order from any customer whose participation has been canceled or suspended by us without our prior given consent. You agree to and accept this.
Details of the products available for purchase (including their price) are set out on Claude & Celeste Ltd online shop. Claude & Celeste Ltd takes all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on Claude & Celeste Ltd online shop are correct at the time when the relevant information is placed onto Claude & Celeste Ltd online shop. Although every effort is made to keep Claude & Celeste Ltd as up to date as possible, the information appearing at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.

Ordering Products:

Once you have selected the products you wish to order, click on the “Checkout” button at the end of the checkout process.
Once you have clicked on the “Checkout” button we obtain an authorisation from your Credit card company for the amount detailed on the order summary page. We are not taking funds from your card at this stage, although the amount available for you to spend will be reduced by the authorisation. This is a normal process with the banks. If your credit card should not give an authorisation, your order will not be processed further.
If your order is accepted, then you accept the obligation to pay the sum as made known to you at the end of the checkout process, together with the delivery costs as stated in these Terms and Conditions.

You will receive confirmation of your order by e-mail within 24 hours. A further e-mail will be sent within 24 hours of your order being dispatched.

Claude & Celeste Ltd may refuse or be unable to process your order if:

- The product you ordered is discontinued or no longer available
- Your credit card does not give authorisation for the payment of the purchase price

Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Electron, and AMEX cards.
We use PayPal and SagePay to provide a secure server for processing credit card transactions. Your payment with Claude & Celeste is secure and we don’t keep any card details on file.

PLACING AN ORDER IS LEGALLY BINDING. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please also see “Cancellations and Returns”, below.

Cancellation and Return

You have the right to cancel your order before it is dispatched (orders are normally despatched within 1 to 2 working days), please contact us by email to let us know about the cancellation at cancel@claude-celeste.co.uk Should you need to return your order to us, it must reach us within 30 working days from the day on which you received it. Please pack it appropriately and include a note to tell us why you are sending it back. We will refund you within 30 days after receiving a cancellation notice.
If you are cancelling your order because you’ve changed your mind then please note that you will have to pay the costs for returning the goods. Please note that for hygiene reasons we cannot refund opened goods. Please ensure that the goods you return are unopened and unused, in their original packaging, and undamaged

If the products that you receive are damaged or faulty or do not match the description given at the time of the sale of those products, you must return them to us within 30 working days of receiving them. In this case, you will be offered an exchange where possible, or a full refund after we receive the returned products. We recommend you use a carrier that offers both traceability and insurance. You should obtain a receipt for the parcel when you send it.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We try our hardest to replicate the colours of the products we offer on this website. However, because different computers can display colours differently, the colours you see on screen might differ from the actual colours of the products.

Prices as stated on our website are in pounds sterling (£). You will be charged in pounds sterling, even if you reside outside the United Kingdom.

We will not be responsible for any delay or failure in the delivery of the products ordered by you or damage to the products when this is caused by an event beyond our control.

Law and Language

These Terms and Conditions contain the entire agreement between you and us.
Any agreement between you and us will be governed by and construed according to English law. Both you and we commit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
If any provision contained in these Terms and Conditions or any part thereof is declared or becomes unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason whatsoever, the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect as if these Terms and Conditions had been executed without the offending provision.

Any agreement will be communicated in English.
We reserve the right to alter these Terms and Conditions from time to time by posting new Terms and Conditions on this website.
